Error Codes V3 Guide

Connect API returns conventional HTTP status codes. For a more detailed explanation of the error, Connect API provides its own error codes. Sometimes, when Precise ID is involved, PID error codes are also provided. Below is the list of the error and status codes

Common Report Error Codes

These errors are returned by report-related services as a result of validations which are not tied to any specific product.

Credit Profile Errors

These errors are returned by report-related endpoints when pulling a Credit Profile report or a bundle which includes Credit Profile. For standalone Credit Profile (product IDs 1 and 9), these errors will be located at the root of the response. When Credit Profile is part of a bundle, these errors will be located in the CreditProfile section of the Bundle Response.
